Alicia L. Smollon was born in Annapolis in 1972. She lived in Glen Burnie until the age of 12, when she moved to the Eastern Shore. Alicia graduated from Queen Anne’s County High School in Centreville, Maryland in 1990; she later attended Washington College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994.
Alicia moved back to Anne Arundel County in 1994 when she began attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. While attending law school Alicia clerked for the Honorable J. Owen Wise of the Circuit Court for Caroline County. Alicia received her Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1998.
Following her admission to the bar Alicia began her practice handling personal injury, district court criminal and family law cases. Beginning in 2000 she joined the Law Offices Of Corrie A. Boulay, focusing solely on issues affecting families.
